TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR WHOLESALE

(See DAMAGED ITEMS in case you have a claim)

WE SELL PRIVATE LABEL - which means we sell bulk or pre-packaged but NO LABELING. We provide you with an Ingredient List and Direction of Use and Cautions and you put YOUR OWN COMPANY LABELS on. You may also purchase our own Name Brand with our Labels.

 ORDERS

  • Minimum Wholesale Order $50.
  • All orders must be 3 PCs. or more per shade or item unless otherwise stated. (less than stated pieces is charged regular retail price)
  • Order shipped Outside of USA  $50 minimum order.
  • Orders shipped outside USA will be notified by e-mail any additional shipping charges.
  • Special Packaging Request will receive a handling fee of $10.00 per order.

PLEASE NOTE: All phone orders are read back and it is at this time that you must make any corrections.  In order to ship all of our clients in a timely fashion, once the order has gone through processing, we are unable to make any changes. Additional merchandise will be handled as a new order and must meet our minimums.

WHOLESALE DELIVERIES

  • We require approximately 3to 5 Business Days after payment has cleared to process most orders.
  • Allow 5 to 7 business days after payment has cleared for orders over $5,000.
  • Next Day Air or 2nd Day Air will speed up the time in transit - not our processing time.

(These are approximately days. We usually ship out much faster than stated.

PAYMENT

  • Payment is due at the time of the order.
  • We except Credit Card, Debit Cards, and Personal & Business Checks.
  • If you would like to pay by Bank Check, or Money order, contact us for mailing instructions.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

  • International orders are charged an additional 3.9% on total order if paid by Credit Card or through PayPal.
  • Shipping Charges on website is calculated for US only.  You will be notified of the correct shipping cost by e-mail.

  • Please order online whenever possible to avoid mistakes in your order.  Orders ordered online are processed quicker, for we do not have to take time to invoice and then wait to receive payment.. There is a $3.00 call in order fee that will be add to call in orders. Of course, if you have a problem ordering online, we are glad to except Faxed, Phone In, and E-mail Orders with no additional without an additional fee.

SUGGESTION

  • Since we do not take returns - If you are unsure of an item, please take advantage of our Sample Packs.

SAMPLES:

  • Our sample policy is the same for ALL.  NO FREE SAMPLES. So please don't ask. We are a small company and in order to keep our prices low we can not afford to send out Free Samples. We thank you for your understanding.

DISCREPANCIES

  • Discrepancies must be reported within 48 hours of receipt. (No exceptions)

PARTIAL ORDERS -

  • We are glad to ship PARTIAL ORDERS to get you as much of your order as fast as we can.
  • You will be responsible for extra shipping on Partial Orders.

CANCELLED ORDERS BEFORE PROCESSING

  • A $10 Cancellation Fee will be deducted from your refund.

CANCELLED ORDERS AFTER PROCESSING

  • Once an order is received and processed you may not cancel the order. No Refunds!

RETURNS

  • Please order carefully! 
  • We can NOT accept any returns or exchanges on Makeup or Cosmetic Supplies.

INSURANCE

  • For your Protection ALL shipments are require to be insured and have a tracking number. Your shipping and handling charge includes insurance.

DAMAGED ITEMS

  • We do not accept responsibility for damaged items or items lost in shipment.
  • Please call your local USPS, U.P.S. or Fed Ex or DHL office for a damage inspection.
  • Be sure to leave the Damaged Goods in the ORIGINAL SHIPPING CARTON.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING CHARGES

  • Handling Charges - These are charges per box are to help us recover the expense in shipping,    such as boxes, shipping peanuts, wrap, taping, labels and other shipping supplies and labor. We try to keep our cost of shipping down to provide you with low cost, fast shipping, and safe transport of your goods.  
    •  Small Priority Boxes.  $2.50
    •  Small to Medium Boxes $5.00
    •  Medium Box $8.00
    •  Large Box $10.00

     

  • You will be invoiced by e-mailed when your order is packed and ready to to shipped any additional shipping charges and insurance cost.  This MUST be paid before we ship your shipment.

SHIPMENT REFUSALS

  • Once you place an order, you are responsible for accepting delivery. 
  • There is no refunds.
  • If an order is returned because there was no one there to accept it , double freight charges will be imposed.

PRIVATE LABEL

  • Customer Warrants that he/she will comply with all labeling requirements of State and Federal Laws pertaining to food, drugs and cosmetics.
  • Private Labels means "we DO NOT put a company name on the product".

If you have any questions before placing an order, we will be happy to discuss them with you.   Please allow up to 48 hours for a reply.

We reserve the right to refuse delivery if our terms and conditions are not met.

Not responsible for typographical errors.

By placing an order with us it is understood that you have read and agreed to ALL TERMS AS STATED.
